I think that's Kendall Gammon. That must have been taken during pre season or one of the practice nights. The paint in the tunnel is different from last year.

It's obviously a Photoshop. Haley doesn't have a gut, it makes no sense for him to be wearing his headset there, or for no one else to be around at all, and if you compare the face to the rest of the photo, the lighting is different.
