Raining all day:
Both teams run the ball, so both teams benefit.
However, KC's pass defense is their biggest weakness, and Oakland's run defense is their biggest weakness. So, those two things favor KC.
The home crowd will have to deal with Rain for nearly the whole game. If the Chiefs get any kind of lead, that will dampen the hopes considerably, and they may start heading for the gates early..... or at least hanging around under the overhangs quietly.
Bush is more of a plodder than Jones is, so that favors the Raiders. Charles won't touch the ball as much due to his fumbling tendancies.... that will help the Raiders.
Chiefs typically, on the whole, take care of the ball better. Ball security will be huge in this game.
With the Raiders missing their star cornerback, it is a shame the Chiefs play them in weather that they don't get to exploit it.
All in all, I see the rain as a bigger factor for the Chiefs, but it is close. And, the biggest thing is ball security, because this will likely be a low scoring slug-fest.
