Either way, that sucks! The only time I've had anything of value stolen was when we lived in Wichita. Some morons stole my '84 Monte Carlo. What they didn't know was that it was having problems and would only stay running for a short time. The next morning we received a call from the police telling me that my car was at the bottom of a fricken ravine. It took 2 tow trucks to get it out of there. Needless to say, it was completely totaled. :(

dude that sucks you were burglarized. In college i had to go home for a weekend and my reeruned roommate kept the door unlocked all weekend, and when i came back monday morning my tv, laptop, xbox, speakers, and porn were all gone. And all my roommate said was, "my bad" so i know how shitty it is

I love the El Chopper (our name for it) at 50th and Main. Zach, I probably drive by your house every day on my way to work (KUMC now). That sucks. East of Mission Rd, 43rd st and northwards, I always get sketch vibes. Not ghetto-like, but somewhere in between. Leaving KUMC the other day, a guy walked up frantically with a stroller, telling me he and his daughter were in town and were starving, could I just spare a few bucks? Problem is, a) I saw that same dude a week earlier at a convenience store tweaking (or high) as a mother****er-- I let the dude go in front of me because of how crazy he was while behind me in line; and, b) I looked in the stroller, and it was a doll. So, yeah. I left. Especially considering that three people were robbed at gunpoint on the way to the parking lot at KUMC in the past two weeks.
