Win or lose, the team needs to attempt to become better at the most important position and now is the PRIME TIME to make that happen.

MANY of the upper-echelon QBs are nearing the end, which leaves it wide open for a QB like Luck to dominate in the near future.

The next decade probably belongs to Rodgers, Stafford, and Luck, as the big dogs always in the hunt.

I don't know about his time with the Browns but the poor challenges and 12 players on the field problems are kind of concerning.

Challenges aren't on a head coach. Every head coach has people in the booth watching a million replays as quickly as possible and they tell the coach when to throw the flag.
