Phobia has said repeatedly that Hootie had an agreed to a different set of rules after he was reinstate.

The problem is they've already shown weakness by reversing themselves on an issue today. The mob is fully empowered now. Or at least the handful of loudmouths who fancy themselves as the mob.

I didn't think the bannings were necessary but it wasn't going to have any real impact on my life. It's all good.
