If they keep Manning, the value of that pick skyrockets. I would think they would be more inclined to win now so they might be interested in some players.

They have absolutely no chance to build a championship team around Manning and his $35 million cap hit.

People are coming up with some stupid reasons to shy away from Manning. Really?! too healthy?! The only reason not to sign Manning is that he's not healthy enough, end of discussion.
