The bottom line is that if police are giving orders and you don't obey.......then you are resisting and will be treated as a potential threat. Clearly, a 10 second video clip does not tell the entire story. The accidental discharge was unfortunate and the aggressor and media are trying to take the focus off of the fact that the police most likely just thwarted a robbery. More often than not those who are about to commit a robbery are armed in some fashion and police have to consider all potential threats until they know otherwise.

The kid wasn't hostile, so there was no reason for the pig to respond that violently.
And you are leaving out one important fact: THE COP LIED. So it's obvious that he knew he ****ed up.
