Where is the post game press conference with Romeo saying he doesn't understand how we could suck this bad?
|
i cant find a press conference. KCchiefs.com cut it down to under a minute. ****ers.

OP is missing the 2009 season opener, BTW.
We lost by 14, and were dominated in total yards. Make no mistake, that was a blowout of sorts. Only thing that kept it close was a blocked punt and an INT return. Team was dominated. |
The team has (arguably) been soft going back as far as 1999 (when I moved here, I didn't watch them closely before that). It's amazing how many old school coaches, and how many defensive coaches, have come through here, but none of them have been able to turn this franchise into a knock-you-on-your-ass kind of team. They just get physically dominated. It happened under Goonther, it happened under Vermeil when they ran a finesse offense but struggled in late game short-yardage (and just got obliterated on defense...), it happened under Herm and Haley, and now they're even softer now under Crennell. It just boggles the mind. Sometimes, going back at least that far, it just seems like there's no pride, no heart, no desire, just guys out there getting paid to play a game. Which makes it really difficult as a fan. And it's worse now than it's ever been, even after overhauling so much of the roster since 2008.

The two things I learned from Browns fans were:
A) Inmates ran the asylum. B) Soft ass football team. Haley actually put some toughness in this team, IMO. Firing him was the right move, but made us worse because Crennel is awful. |

And I remember getting ATTACKED with stuff like "he was only there for a couple days, how would he know?" Obviously he DID know because this team is EVERY BIT as soft as those ****ing Browns teams. |

Absolutely pathetic.

Hermy had the team better prepared than this shit.

A 14 pt deficit is not a blow out.
I'd say 17 is close. Certainly 20. Just about all of these qualify. Well done, Scott. |
