Agreed. See Fece Switzer, superbowl champion HC.

This team ain't got the talent many fans say it does. DJ is the most over rated player on the team, perhaps in the NFL and Berry this season is playing like a 4th rndr. Dorsey blows and the team has fewer sacks than they've had since the worst years.

They are just coming back to earth after Haley shocked them for wins. They actually believed his bullshit for about a season, but when they began getting thumped again under Haley, and his authority all but stripped, this team began it's decent and return to what they are -- which is not very good. Trash time heroes.

If it weren't for Jamaal this team is a shoe in for first up come april.

This team will get a QB high in the draft next year, I believe it 100 percent.

Based on Pioli's draft record in the first round this pick scares me. I believe we will draft a 1st round QB, but I have no faith that he will pick the right one. Somehow he will get this year's "Blackledge".

Lamar Jr.

Now this was a few years ago, but I know he was a Therapist for teens here in the Metro. So if he has any say at least he lives here in the area.

Didn't Lamar ACTUALLY groom Lamar Hunt Jr., and the job was going to be his, until he felt up his reeruned sister-in-law or something and now he is never heard from?

Here is presumably why Lamar Hunt Jr. isn't around much these days...

Hunt accused of sexual assault on mentally disabled sister-in-law
Posted: Thursday, December 09, 1999

The Associated Press
DALLAS (AP) - Lamar Hunt Jr., son of sports magnate Lamar Hunt and a member of one of Texas' most prominent and wealthiest families, was accused in a civil lawsuit of making unwanted advances on his mentally disabled sister-in-law and having sex with her.

Hunt's attorney, Donald Flanary, told The Dallas Morning News his client had written a document titled "Confessions of a Sex Addict," which is cited in a civil lawsuit filed Monday at the Dallas courthouse.

Flanary did not return telephone calls Wednesday from The Associated Press.

In the document, the writer states, "I made unwanted advances on her on consecutive nights."

The writer described the sex acts and added, "If this is disturbing, I am sorry, but I think that for whatever reason God wants me to expel this demon."

Plaintiff's attorneys said Hunt, 43, gave the document to his wife, Jocelyn, two years ago. Jocelyn Hunt since filed for a divorce, which is pending with court papers sealed.

The civil lawsuit against Lamar Hunt Jr. was filed by attorneys for Jocelyn Hunt's sister, Judy Fitzpatrick.

"She's seeking monetary damages," said Jack Baldwin, a Texas attorney representing Fitzpatrick. He said they have not discussed a settlement with Hunt's attorneys, who have 20 days to respond to the lawsuit.

Although no criminal action has been filed against Hunt, Baldwin said that still is an option.

The district attorney's office is unlikely to pursue the matter unless police investigate and find evidence of a crime, said assistant district attorney Mike Carnes.

The statute of limitations for a sexual assault case would be five years, but that time frame could vary with the specific charges, he said.

Attorneys said Fitzpatrick lives in Pennsylvania with another sister who helps care for her and consented to the release of her name. The Associated Press normally does not identify sexual-assault complainants unless they or their guardians consent.

Court papers in the lawsuit Baldwin filed Monday in Dallas on Fitzpatrick's behalf claim the woman "has been diagnosed with moderate to severe learning disabilities, cognitive deficits and social deficiencies. . . . She has lived with her parents or a sibling for 40 of the 41 years of her life."

The alleged assaults occurred two years ago, the lawsuit said, when Fitzpatrick was visiting the Hunts at their suburban Dallas home.

Hunt is the grandson of pioneer Texas oil wildcatter H.L. Hunt. He has an office with his father in downtown Dallas. Forty years ago, the elder Hunt launched the American Football League, which included his Dallas Texans franchise. The team later became the Kansas City Chiefs, whose ownership is held through trusts by Lamar Hunt Jr. and his three siblings.

The younger Hunt also is president and past headmaster of St. Therese Academy, a small prep school in Irving that describes itself as offering "religious education based on the teachings of the Roman Catholic Church" - but operates without diocesan oversight.

"We've disavowed any connection with them," said Bronson Harvard, a spokesman for the Catholic Diocese of Dallas. "They don't readily make clear in their literature their relationship to the ch

I don't think it's all about the money owed to Pioli. I believe it's all about perception right now. Clark and/or the board has to make it look like the dismissal is their idea, not the fans. I'm pretty sure they know the fans are pissed and there'll be a lot less $8.50 beer and $6 hotdogs consumed at Arrowhead if they don't do something. But in the minds of the typical NFL owner, they run the show. Clark has always said he wanted this franchise to be like the Steelers, can you imagine the Rooney's caviing to a banner? No way. But he'll can Pioli before the end of the season after some public outbursts.
