I'm ok with moving Cain down the lineup when Dyson comes back. Escobar really should stay at 2. Batting order really does not make a hitter hit or not hit, i agree, unless a certain spot in the order screws with the hitter mentally.

Well think of it like this...

When Escobar was sandwiched between Gordon and Butler in the lineup he was hitting better. So while what spot that hit in may not matter, who hits around them does.
