We didn't last year. It wasn't a bad season. We were in 1st most of the year and just choked late. We had a very young pitching staff and didn't hit late down the stretch. Maybe for the Royals it is because you haven't made the playoffs since what '85? You'll get there

It's a bad year if you spend a lot on your team like the Yanks, Red Sox, Tigers, Dodgers, Blue Jays, Phillies, etc.

I am not talking about the lowly Royals. I'm saying it was a bad year last year for the sux. They didn't make the postseason period.

No it wasn't a bad year. We weren't expecting much and exceeded expectations so it was a fine year.
