I don't know, but it might be. They seem to observe catholic holidays like offering a seafood po'boy on Friday's during lent.

Barbecue is ****ing hard work. All joints deserve one or two days off a week. Usually those days are Sunday & Monday. In KC its nearly always Sunday.
