We lost players and are replacing them with unknowns and are optimistic, you can't fault the guy for being optimistic after adding better players.

McGloin is a pretty remarkable guy. Walked onto Penn State, started. Signed as an UDFA by the Raiders, ended up starting games.

I think the Raiders might surprise some people. Not saying they'll come close to winning the division but 6-7 wins is not impossible either.

I think the Chiefs won't suprise anyone... They will win a few games, choke in the first round of the playoffs (if they go) and never go to a SB again

But hey, They are the Chiefs
