But we might miss out on the next Jonathan Baldwin, Dee Ford or Eric Fisher.

I doubt it...

I'd say if he falls to us, grab him. He won't cost that much to give a shot at that point.

Alex would probably be a good QB for him to sit behind. Winston had way too many INT's this year...

I hope that Winston has immediate NFL success. I really do.

But my Spidey sense tells me he's going to have an uphill battle in the NFL.

I don't think he's a day 1 starter.

I'm a fan and I'd $3it my pants if we selected him but him starting day 1 is not a great idea. He needs to sit and learn...

Was that the same percentage that Rodgers fell to the Pack?

Rodgers wasn't a Heisman winning QB that currently is undefeated as a starter. Rodgers also had the stigma of being a Jeff Tedford QB. He was trying to overcome the Akili Smith, Joey Harrington, Trent Dilfer, David Carr, and Kyle Boller stigma.

Winston has a few off the field issues that may cause him to slip in the draft, but he won't fall out of the top ten. Personally, I think he ends up having a better career than Mariotta.

This guy won't be there after the 5th pick.

Akili Smith was never going to pan out, Harrington would have been good if he hadn't went to Detroit, Diller won a Super Bowl (And should have stayed in Balt), Carr got shafted by going to an expansion team, and Boller was never THAT good.

Screw it, seasons over, it's draft season.

This is our guy, he's gonna fall for off field stuff (don't care anyway, it's overblown). He fulfills both sides of cp. He's a winner, and he's a bad ass who's "clutch" (I hate that ****ing cliche so bad, but oh well).

Jameis Winston and Andy Reid in KC. Book it.

Thoughts?

I don't think he'll fall. He's going top five. There is just too much talent there not to take the risk.

2 to 1 that it happens.
