JFC. Sorry to hear man. That's real damn tough.

Keep your head up though. Modern medicine kicks ass. My grandpa lost all kidney function late in life. The doctor gave him 2 years to live, he lived 9 and 8 of it he was living on his own and driving 90 miles each treatment.

Hang in there man. Kidney disease is rampant in my family due to Alports syndrome on my mom's side. I have 2 cousins who recently had transplants bringing the total number of transplants in my family to 6.

Its a bitch but a very winnable situation, technology for transplants has come a long long way.
