We are done with this crap.

It really does suck that I find myself rooting against teams rather than for my own. For instance, I can't even describe how much I hate Denver and New England. Is it more than my love for the Chiefs? Actually, it may very well be. When you have nothing to be positive about, the negativity flooooows...
That's ****ing pitiful. |
On the bright side, being a Chiefs fan callouses fans for real life. Most just shrug it off when their house burns and say #becausechiefs.
You're alright but I hate the broncos and am anxious for their decade of dispair. |

You just get numb and stop caring. I didn't even bother to listen to the game on the radio this week. I was doing yard work and didn't want to bother going into the house to get my phone. I figured the Chiefs would find a way to lose anyhow, and with the season already over did I want to even bother?
The last time KC won a *playoff game* this board didn't even exist yet. Most of us didn't even have the Internet and those who did were on dial-up with AOL or some such. Think about that for a minute. Kids graduating from high school today have never seen a Chiefs playoff victory. Very soon, there will be college grads who have never seen one. That really says something about the organization. |
I'm convinced that no matter who I root for, they will lose the games that matter most. I swear, I really should become a Broncos fan.

A condolence card from the opposition is appreciated, MHM.
This truly is a snakebitten shithole of a team. |

Like your handle says, you are a "Fan 4 Ever" and that's a special type of fan. The Chiefs have taken that for granted and don't deserve your outward support. |

Let us get that straight. |
