And as much as I love Alexander, don't be shocked if we select his teammate, T.J. Green who projects as a press man corner in the NFL.

He's almost 6-3, long, and runs 4.34

Pretty good call, really.

Why? By the time that he'll even be considered a solid NFL receiver, if he ever gets there, he'll be almost 30. This dude isn't a 21 year old who is new to the position, he'll be a 24 year old rookie WR with very limited experience at the position and a shitty health record.

What round would you pull the trigger on Myles Jack, if at all?

Direckshun 04-29-2016 03:04 AM

I'd probably throw the farm at Myles Jack in UDFA. His talent is incredible, which means teams know his health is nothing more than a ticking time bomb.

Drafting a QB under a 5 year contract was too risky

but you guys are stoked that we traded down for miles Jack, who will miss a season with microfacture surgery, on a 4 year contract?

Or braxton Miller, a 24 year old gadget player still learning his position, on a 4 year contract?

These are safe, win-now moves?

Jesus f Christ....I'll never understand

Should have drafted Butler, had the best DL in the league for 2 years, then Butler steps in for Howard year 3, on the cheap, and we don't miss a beat

Wut? Braxton could step in tomorrow and play DATs role very well. And he could probably return punts. He would contribute right away. In fact, because he plays a gadget role he could contribute more than most rookies could in an Andy Reid offense.

It's a terrific safe move since the Chiefs don't like DAT. it's not like he's a complete project at receiver. He played the position pretty well.

The fifth year option is nice, but it is being overrated. Everyone is acting like it's impossible to extend someone at or after year 4. And the option for Fisher is going to be between 11-13 mil. Not exactly peanuts

The thing is, if the first pick is good enough to keep, the Chiefs would be better off with that 5th year on a rookie contract. Period. The odds of that 5th year being more valuable than a 4th rnd pick are pretty high, assuming that first pick isn't a bust.

Jack is damaged bad. I would not spend a second on him. 4th at best.

farmerchief 04-29-2016 05:50 AM

"Showed mental toughness." . "Has played safety and cornerback." This description from Sean Davis is enough to convince me he is Dorseys type of player. He seems to love those dual purpose D backs!

ILChief 04-29-2016 05:53 AM

I'm on the Braxton Miller bandwagon!

Hog's Gone Fishin 04-29-2016 05:58 AM

Before Rd1. We gotta draft Lynch. Most upside of any QB.

After Rd 1. Glad we didn't draft Lynch. He's a huge project. NEVER taken a snap behind center . Denver is stupid !

DUMBASSES !

Elway just nailed the QB position AGAIN !

Sean Davis, Alexander, a conversion of TJ Green.. maybe even Kendall Fuller if they liked his medical = :D for me.

Make it happen, Dorsey!

For once? Like in 2008?
