I believe so.

It makes sense it would take a long time, since insurance, removal, rebuild, buy new shit, installation, plumbing, etc.

Also taking account weather factors as well.

I drove by there last week to avoid backed up traffic on I-70, looked like it could open anytime.

I went to the 40 hwy location and a month later it burned down LMAO

I guess I will give the rebuild a bit before I visit again just in case ROFL

Scho63 and I had lunch at Gates at 12th and Brooklyn yesterday. We got a mixed plate with ribs, pork and turkey, a Beef and a Half sandwich, fries beans and slaw. So we had a real wide variety of stuff to try. Scho63 liked the brisket and beans, didn't like the slaw.
