It isnt necessary for a mod to come right out and say it, the board recognizes it for what it is

Theres nothing wrong with being a glass half full type, I was absolutely considered a huge homer early on... its all in the way you go about it that determines the reception your ideas receive

I like the idea of the Romper Room.
maybe we could name it the SHU; sort of like how prisons send crazy inmates to the Secure Housing Unit. Let them go to the SHU and post and be idiots.

Does it really matter? The Domesday clock hands are at two minutes to midnight.

6 mods. Elections every three years.
The three Mods that are in thier sixth year, are rotated out. Term limits = 6 years

Gives everyone something to look forward to & also give everyone legitimate chance at being a Mod.
1500 posts and minimum of two years as a member to hold Mod powers or whatever is agreed on.

I don't really care much either way about who the mods are so I voted for every option other than Approve and Disapprove. :)
