Wilson and Kaepernick run it flawlessly. RGIII runs it pretty well, too. However, I haven't seen the passing abilities from RGIII that I see from these two. I know RGIII can pass, but Wilson and Kaepernick have demonstrated pro style passing and RGIII hasn't.
