Yeah, Mustangs are terrible in slick stuff.
My Malibu isn't all that much better, for that matter. I miss my SUV. |

Yeah, I've been looking at Subaru Impreza AWDs.

It's pathetic how the city of Kansas City plows their roads.
|
I'm expecting that call in the morning that my sons school will be canceled for the 5th straight day. Rural school bus routes don't get plowed very well.

I just got my Jeep back that was stolen on 12/02. 45 days in the shop, 3 supplement estimates, and a complete rewire job later and I'm all ready for the thaw out. Bastards.

The ice dam on my roof was pretty awesome. Nothing beats being woken up by ice cold water dripping on you.
Not. |

Surprised you still had a radiator, AC condenser and heater core. Those are usually the first things meth-heads go after because they can be sold at a scrap yard for the copper. |

It's either balls cold, or balls hot the remainder of the year. I should know. I'm a doctor. It's science. |

This isn't the coldest or the snowiest winter but we keep going back and forth from subzero temps to a slight warmup that comes with more snow, rinse, repeat. |
Nice warmup coming for the KC area. Might try to get out and play some golf this weekend.

Unless the course you plan to play drains like a badass, it's likely they'll be swamps. |

Maybe just hit a bucket of balls at the driving range then. |
Snow melting but I'm not going out today. Roads are probably super slick.

Tonight might be a problem on the roads if it gets under 32. |

Spent 3 1/2 hours this afternoon shoveling 14" inches of snow plus another 3' that was built up along the entire bottom of the driveway in a 15' x 8' grid.
It was raining and sleeting for quite a while so I was soaking wet when I finished. It's now turning back to snow and expecting 4-5" more. This winter can't end soon enough for me! :cuss: |
**** this 21 INCHES so far. Another 3 to 6 tonight then another 3 on Friday night.
|
Al Roker is up the NY Mayors ass over the snow.

65 and clear in San Antonio. Went on a nice long walk with the dog

Made a road trip from Northeast Iowa to Minneapolis last night. Winds at 40-50 mph. I35 was like a war zone with flipped Semi's from the wind and black ice.
Ok Winter..you win. King of the Seasons! |
Supposed to be around 90 here this weekend, which is unseasonably hot by about 15 degree this time of year, even for here. Think I'll take a dip in the pool with this extreme weather.

I love the area and after all the snow and freezing cold we have suffered this season, I'm trying harder than ever to speed up my plans. I don't want to spend anymore than 3-4 more years in the cold during the winter. |
Goodbye to the cold and snow.
Go **** yourself. |

And you all can bag on me when we hit 100+ days of 100+ degree temps.:thumb: |

I think my city didnt think we were going to get much snow.
Yesterday it was only estimated we would get 1-3 inches. I woke up this morning to see my truck burried in at least 4 inches of snow. Classes were still scheduled, and when I was driving to class the streets, including the highway, were awful when they are typically presalted and clear to drive on. The whole time I was driving I was thinking why the hell are classes still scheduled??? When I left to come home I was lucky enough to have someone slide into the back of my truck and when the cops came out I was also lucky enough to have forgotten to put my new insurance card in my truck. Now I have a sweet court date in a month. What an awesome day! |

Woke up this morning and once again, MORE F****** SNOW!
Not much at all but the roads, walkway and cars are all covered. JFC I'm so over this winter already. The only small positive is all the ugly black and gnarly ice along all the curbs from the plowing is white again..... |
70 degrees today.
SW Kansas. No Wind. THE END IS NEAR! |

We got hammered in Iowa yesterday. Plain and simple I have run out of room for shoveled and plowed snow. CMON SPRING |

Heard we could get some thunderstorms around the KC area tomorrow, and possibly more snow this weekend. Crazy.

The last remnants of the most terrifying, life ending snow storm in recent memory are clearing off the ground outside of my window.
