No kidding. I hope that gets thrown out immediately.

Dude wasn't even injured. He's just suffering from "extreme trauma".

Get the **** out of here.

To be fair, experiencing an event like this in person is more than enough to **** you up. I can't imagine many of the folks that were in that theater will be going back to the movies any time soon.

But suing Warner Brothers? That's a crock of shit.

The parents of the dead are suffering from it too. This ****ing puke just wants a cushy bank account to fall back on.

Exploitation at it's finest.

Are we talking about the lawyer, the "victim", or all the other lawyers and judges who have pioneered this method of extorting money?

Might as well throw them all under there.

I'm just ranting at the newest member of the club.

I'm guessing the newest member of the club was just minding his own business trying to figure out if he was going to discard or launder his shorts on his way out of the theater when Joe Ambulancechaser snatched him up and asked if he wanted to be rich.

I have no doubts that the scumbag lawyer initiated the process, but the lawyer couldn't go through with this without consent.

If this was a valid target, Wile E. Coyote could sue the SHIT outta them for workplace injury.

Huh...cool move (even if it seems a bit silly).

Christian Bale in town visiting victims of shooting
By Ryan Parker
The Denver Post

Christian Bale, star of the Batman films, is in town visiting victims of the Aurora movie theater shooting, Warner Brothers officials confirmed.

"Mr. Bale is there as himself, not representing Warner Brothers," said an assistant for Susan Fleishman, executive vice president for Warner Brothers corporate communications.
