I don't think so. I'm pretty sure that Alabama isn't going to share this or any of their other 14 championship trophies with anyone else, much less Missouri. If they were playing Oregon I'd be rooting for the Ducks. It just so happens that I hate ND the same as I hate the Cowboys in the NFL.
