Hell, the NFL will probably break money records next week with the replacement refs.


It will take a lot more than this to stunt money coming in.

Dilfer made a great point about the whole "protect the shield, protect the brand" stance that the NFL has taken with these refs screwing up call left and right.

there is just so much anger and resentment building up in everybody, not just fans, that somebody, or something, is going to snap.

Those packers players should have never gone back on the field. I wouldn't allow my players to do that after such a horrendous call. people these days dont protest in the right situations anymore, and that situation would have been perfect. just walk off the field, who cares about fines. but to walk off the field on a monday night football game, when everybody in the country is watching, it would send waves of protests from other teams

No I get that but for the integrity of the game. But integrity goes out the window since W's are so hard to come by and the pressure to win but this game will be their curse IMO.

This game should be astericked in the record books.

Funny, I thought Young kind of ran over Dilfer in mid rant to steal the moment and get the spotlight.

That was technically a correct call. That would be called a non-TD all day every day. I don't agree with it, but that's the rule.
