If intelligence was food, Hernandez would be a Bar-S hot dog.

If they recovered 5 bullet casings, they might be able to get fingerprints from them or even connect them to the exact gun used. I think Hernandez is ****ed.

Has an NFL player even gotten the death penalty?

EDIT: Nevermind

No and Mass doesn't have it so it won't happen this time either.

Depends. Witnesses probably aren't that credible. Hernandez coulda just wanted to drive out there to talk to the guy. One of his associates grabbed the gun and starting firing away, then tried to pin it on Hernandez. All it takes is reasonable doubt.

What? He is walking around his house with a gun saying he cant trust him calls his homeboy to meet him so they can go pick him up at 2:30am.

He shows back up at his house after dude is shot with a gun in his hand?

I dont give a shit if he didn't pull the trigger he is still as guilty as a buddy who did if that's the case.

Well if Pat fan jurors are anything like Casey Anthony jurors there is that chance for sure.

Dayze 06-26-2013 08:17 PM

Or if the patriots have a losing record by the time of the trial. Then Hernandez will be found innocent.

Why would it matter he has already been cut from the team.
