I wake up, grab 2, rinse em, wrap each in a slice of turkey pastrami, crush them, and I'm out the door. Coffee with non fat milk Lunch is a 3 egg omelette with spinach, turkey, tomato and avocado from this place downstairs at work Get home, go to gym and lift and shoot hoops, then come home to a huge ass salad with that same cut up turkey pastrami, bell peppers and spinach, Italian dressing Bed. On week 2 and I'm down 8 pounds. |

Pack of 16 for $11. Cheaper than mafacking Quest bars anyway. |

Let me ask you guys this I'm down to 233 my fitnesspal says in order to lose 2 pounds a week now I need to eat 1,500 calories. That's not much at all. What happens if I just stay at my normal 1,800-2,000 intake?
