Quest bars and cheeseburgers. You are not right in the head, boy.

I'm doing keto, tard.

350 calories, 25g fat, 26g protein.

They sell hard boiled eggs by the bag.

I wake up, grab 2, rinse em, wrap each in a slice of turkey pastrami, crush them, and I'm out the door.

Coffee with non fat milk

Lunch is a 3 egg omelette with spinach, turkey, tomato and avocado from this place downstairs at work

Get home, go to gym and lift and shoot hoops, then come home to a huge ass salad with that same cut up turkey pastrami, bell peppers and spinach, Italian dressing

Bed.

On week 2 and I'm down 8 pounds.

If you ate 350 calories of tuna you could get a whopping 70g of protein coursing through your veins!

I don't like any seafood, especially canned tuna.

My diet is working for me. Thanks

My new job gave me a free Sam's Club membership. Suggestions on some good deals for dieting?

10-pack of Tuna for $7.

10 lbs of oatmeal for $9.

10 pounds of cali navel oranges for $9

AND 10 POUNDS OF FROZEN POVERTY CHICKEN FOR $20 THE BEST ****ING THING IN THE WHOLE STORE

Also their Jose Ole Frozen chimichangas are pretty good and only 300 calories per. Pack of 16 for $11.

Cheaper than mafacking Quest bars anyway.

You still need fat in your diet, tard. Which you neglected in my post. Which means you care about saving $.20.

I buy their bulk frozen chicken breasts, bulk ground turkey, and frozen fish including their Ahi Tuna which defrosts and tastes pretty good actually. Or you can go with cheap Tilapia as well. I buy their bulk feta cheese for salads and it lasts forever and you save well over 75% then buying those small containers at stores.

It's more than 20 cents.

Fine, let's push it to $.50. Does that make a difference? Gross ass tuna or something I like the taste of....hmmmm?

Look if you want to spend a buck fifty on a shitty version of a candy bar, that's your loss.

Tuna's one thing, but this was originally postulated as a breakfast item, and there are definitely other options for breakfast, only one of which I've posted, that are cheaper, healthier and honestly, taste better.

But Buck can go on eating a shitty candy bar and ****ing McDonalds every day and pretend it's a good diet. Try eating like a goddamn adult.

Costco has a good deal on Jack Link's jerky so I assume they have something similar.

Cheapest bottled water you can find if you are into that. $3.50 or so for forty bottles.

Let me ask you guys this I'm down to 233 my fitnesspal says in order to lose 2 pounds a week now I need to eat 1,500 calories. That's not much at all. What happens if I just stay at my normal 1,800-2,000 intake?
