I can't imagine a summer Olympics w/o Phelps and Bolt. I guess we'll still have Ledecki in 4 years. Phelps has to go smoke bongs for a couple years then decide to give it one more go, right?

I'm a track guy, but it is harder to follow when the US is bad. I'll always watch track but I root my ass off for swimming.

Ironically I used to root against Phelps a bit. God he was a douche and seemed to be doing the best to **** off perhaps the best swimming body ever assembled. But he seems to have softened on the douche and I was obviously wrong about the work effort. It is really fantastic to see that level of greatness.

Ledecki is 19? If so she could swim at the next 3 olympics. Could end up with over 20 medals. Hopefully most of them gold.
