In my mind, this pick kind of neutralizes the Albert trade. If we get a good offer, trade him; if the offer is lukewarm, keep him for a year and then decide next year what to do with him. In other words, I think this selection allows some flexibility in handling Albert.

Just a shame a top notch QB was not available.....and don't give me that stuff about Geno being a franchise QB. Did you see the clip about some of his passing yardage when he just flips the ball forward to Tavon Austin? Those forward passes went about 2 feet. Geno is VASTLY overrated by many on this fine board. Hope to high heaven we don't take him in any round.
