Von has not been called to testify, and he was on that list with dozens of other people, most of which had been to the restaurant recently. I doubt Von has even met the guy. He is a "possible acquaintance" with someone else who is a friend of the guy. Think of all the people you are possible acquaintances with. The guy down the street? The guy you bought a car from? Do you know their friends? |
