If you're talking about the Patriots I think you meant to say "no pass rush". The pass defense wasn't bad, but the pass rush was godawful and every team converted on third down (hence the signing of Fat Albert).

The Pats are bringing in S Darren Sharper for a workout today as well. He's as old as Methuselah (sp?). The only thing I can figure is that maybe Belichick wants to trade Brandon Meriweather, who is in the last year of his contract IIRC and is going to want big money that they won't give him. (Yes, he's a former 1st-rounder. He's a hard-hitter. He's also a penalty and whiffed-tackle liability, has personal issues, thinks he's better than he is, and made the Pro Bowl on bullshit votes.)

Another big move for the Bills: Buffalo is releasing former first-round pick Aaron Maybin.

Yeah but, as I just said on PatriotsPlanet, you have to factor in the "Buffalo exchange rate" since they draft guys in the 1st who should've gone in the 4th.

Why is Buffalo in the league? Simple: to provide two easy wins for the Pats, Jets, and Fins. :thumb:

Why is Buffalo in the league?

To satisfy Steve Johnson owners in Fantasy Football. Dude's my WR3 and I love him.

Stevie J will now start to see better CB's lined up across from him. Trade him if you can.

Aaron Maybin's salary is only $757,500 and he's still just 23 ys old. Should have good chance to be claimed on waivers. http://t.co/ONBhpdK

As a WR3? I'm not going to get much better than that. No way I'm trading him.

Report: Houshmandazadeh to visit Pats
By: Christopher Price

Wide receiver T.J. Houshmandazadeh will visit the Patriots on Monday, according to Ian Rapoport of the Boston Herald. The 33-year-old veteran, a former teammate of current New England wide receiver Chad Ochocinco when the two were together in Cincinnati, has also played for Seattle and Baltimore over the course of his 10-year career. He has 616 career receptions for 7,091 yards and 43 touchdowns. For more Patriots news, check out weei.com/patriots.

Ocho on the way out of Foxborough, apparently.

Housh is a classic example of a guy that should just STFU and play.

The worst move of his career was wiping his cleats with the terrible towel a few years back...it sent a message that "this player will cause opposing teams to give an extra 20% due to his thoughtless me-first actions.

Most teams play RCB and LCB exclusively. Johnson beat plenty of corners last year. I wish I was in leagues with people that think like this.

Johnson is also going to see more targets which will always equal more catches.

09:29 AM ET 08.14 | Chad Ochocinco and Albert Haynesworth might not be long for New England. One NFL executive familiar with the Patriots ways told me he believes one or both of the big name acquisitions will be cut before the season starts. The front office man thinks coach Bill Belichick will use the controversial players to help control and send a message to his locker room.

You couldn't pay me to have any Bills on my fantasy team.
