Actually, Baylor did to TCU what Michigan State did to Baylor. Those were the two biggest 4th quarter comebacks of the entire college football season.

FSU is so bad they just fell to 20th in Sagarin and have the identical rating as....Mizzou of all teams. It's almost unimaginable a team like Mizzou could play in a playoff game but essentially that's what we saw yesterday.

TCU would be favored by -17 over either FSU or Mizzou by this rating.
