No skill players. Tough luck for us.

Dion Jordan was the better pick. Listen, I liked Geno NO ONE else did. Clearly I was wrong. The QB's genuinely had to suck for no one to draft any of them. That said, Hali isn't getting younger, we've invested a ton of picks in our line the last couple of years, and Jordan has an amazing upside. Instead, we drafted a RT at 1. Whoops.

Kelce's not Colin Brown, but he's the exact opposite of the modern TE. In a lot of ways he's another version of Fasano.

I noticed. Then again, to be expected. That's what Chiefs fans do.

Teams who draft Guards top 10 when they have the worst offense in the NFL are also the teams that draft Honey Badgers.

**** ,the Cardinals are a clown car.

Hootie 04-26-2013 07:01 PM

Hilarious.

Barkley will be available for our next pick and we won't take him then, either.

Beef Supreme 04-26-2013 07:01 PM

I'm seeing a two tight end passing offense with Fasano and Kelce with Bowe on the outside... and a lot of beef on the O-line ...and smoke in the backfield.

WR's K Allen T Williams M Wheaton and Q Patton with our next pick?

Dude, don't act like you know any more than all of the people you're trying to jizz all over. This is the round you find depth and contributors on your lines. Notice in 2006 a pretty good RT was drafted in the 3rd round. We just released him here. We decided to draft one first over all. That's called doing it wrong.

Don't overrate that brokedick. He hasn't done shit since his rookie year.

tk13 04-26-2013 07:02 PM

Bruce Arians for the win.

Mr. Flopnuts 04-26-2013 07:02 PM

As for our 3rd round pick, why in the blue **** did we not snatch Keenan Allen right the **** up? He is a 1st round talent.

Mother****erJones 04-26-2013 07:02 PM

We can get a QB in round 4 or 5 fine. Get a WR with this next pick

Strongside 04-26-2013 07:03 PM

I see a run on punters coming soon.

The next pick is literally 2 spots ahead of the 4th round pick.

Just saying.

tk13 04-26-2013 07:04 PM

When's the last time the draft went 70 picks with only 2 QBs taken?

Regardless of what happens... it's fitting the Chiefs get the top pick in the draft that appears to have the most poorly regarded QB class in recent history.

notorious 04-26-2013 07:04 PM

Arizona really drafted Mathieu?

JFC, I figured he would go to a team like Seattle or San Fran and do his thing. He isn't going to do anything at Arizona.

Hootie 04-26-2013 07:04 PM

you don't try and find pro bowlers in the 3rd round

you draft players you think can contribute in a specific role

if Reid/Dorsey think this guy is the best run blocking TE in the draft with a little versatility...it's a great pick

a guy who can come in and improve our team out of the gate...that constitutes a good 3rd round pick

MeatRock 04-26-2013 07:04 PM

Please do not allow Billay to start another draft thread without updating the picks. JFC

Stanley Nickels 04-26-2013 07:04 PM

If we pick up Te'o with our second, third-rounder, I wouldn't be irate. The tools are there, and are about commensurate with third-round talent. If it's a need -- and I think it is -- you could justify the off-the-field concerns, as they're not relating to a pattern of violent or illegal behavior.

Daniel Jeremiah ‏@MoveTheSticks 1m

Mathieu will match up vs Tavon Austin twice a year. They met in 2011, Austin caught 11 for 187 yards in that ballgame.

chiefs1111 04-26-2013 07:05 PM

T.J McDonald to the Rams

Teo was drafted a while ago by the chargers.

Eifert wouldn't have made sense, though.

Austin,Ogletree, and McDonald do. Only way Eifert would have made sense is if Cook would just specifically be a WR.

Anyways, I'm excited that Snead and Fisher have filled 3 huge needs with 3 picks so far.
