I have began to walk on a treadmill. Good for my mind and my body. burning more calories and it is enjoyable

Jesus. I'm not sure many bodybuilders I know could even fit into those clothes.

i like doing both walk/jog on tread and using the bike at the gym.. i feel great after a long work out
