Well. I didn't make my goal of a ripped 180 by spring break, though I got close. After that, I stopped really giving a shit and got fat. Probably got back up to 200 or so and fluctuated there throughout the summer. Scheduld changed, got busy, had some injuries and didn't get to the gym much.
A month or so ago, I got some kind of sinus infection that made me sick as a dog for 2 weeks. Killed my appetite. Long story short: I finally hit my 180, but it wasn't realiy a ripped 180 as I hadn't been in the gym much. Six pack was showing though. Anyway, back in the gym and trying to build my strength back up. |
Started actually using creatine and protein with my workouts so I haven't lost shit (still at 195-200), but I'm getting pretty jacked. Friends and women at work have been making a lot of comments.
Back is still ****ed so I can't do legit leg work outs so I think that is holding me back some. |
I'm about to start pumping weights again. Haven't lifted in 3, 4 years. Weigh around 235 right now. Probably want to lose around 10 lbs, and gain some muscle mass.

Project at work, my wife's new job and all three kids being in school and soccer completely derailed my shit this year. I know....excuses excuses. At least I got my ass down to about 240 and I've been hovering there during this entire time.
