In one game so far this season, Knowshon Moreno is a giant pile of flaming dog shit. He danced in the backfield while waiting to be tackled, he blew an easy block that gave up a sack, he showed an alarming overall lack of vision, and he only scored thanks to a perfectly blocked play that was expertly called by Peyton Manning. Leading up to this season he has shown nothing, so he has been unimpressive at best, regardless of his draft position.

Give your team some credit. You got absolutely dominated in TOP but ended up beating the Steelers soundly.

Knowshon had a bad game. He didn't know who to block a couple times and then he absolutely whiffed on one block. I have seen him absolutely blow up blitzing LB's. I know he can do better in pass pro.

Knowshon will be a valuable contributor as a 3rd down back. He isn't the bell-cow #11 draft pick that we thought we were getting but he can have a great role in the offense. I'm not giving up on him.

Denver wasn't trying to fool anyone. The Broncos were able to take away the best Defensive Coordinator in the NFL by going to the no huddle. We were trying to prevent the Steelers from using trickery.

Yeah once the sample size gets larger the cream will rise to the top. I thought it was impressive that our OL performed so well against the Steelers though, and I knew that Manning would make Clady look all world again.

First let me get this out of the way: My opinion of Moreno's ability has nothing to do with where he was drafted. I could not give any less of a shit about that at this point. It was a stupid pick by McDaniels, but that really has nothing to do with how well he plays.

I have given Moreno the benefit of the doubt ever since he came into the league. Our run blocking has been shit since then, our skill positions have been highly unstable, our coaching staff has been almost completely turned over, and he has had injuries. All of these things will hamper a new RB even though it's a position that usually translates very well from college to the pro's.

For the first time in his career he is now in a position to succeed. There are no excuses. What you see is what you get...and he had a shit game. He is not running with authority. He is dancing behind the line, trying to find gaping holes that aren't going to appear. He is blowing his blocking assignments. In short he is showing us that he is nothing special.

Sure, it was just one game. It could have been just a bad start to the season for him. But he looks like shit out there. I want him to do something or get the **** off of my team.
