Before giving up baseball in the strike shortened year in 94, I was mainly a Dodgers fan...but I followed the Cardinals (midwest fam are all Cardinal fans...west coast fam are all Dodger fans) and Mariners (only because I was a big Griffey fan) a lot back then too.

If I decide to start watching baseball again after all these years, I don't think that will change much.

Ill have a ****ton of catching up to do though...

Its crazy watching the game again.

I used to be able to tell you the batting average of almost any player on the field and knew about as much about them as I do football and its players now.

Watching the world series and not knowing so much as the names of all of the players (except for Pujols, of course) is totally surreal.

He was given a free out and had a great defensive play behind him. Let's just enjoy the result and not overrate the process that got us there.
