Ever since Miguel Tejada has been starting at second base we have been on a winning streak. We didn't need a second baseman, We got Tejada.

Yeah, I think the whole "wear down" thing for a position player is bullshit. There have been some major fat asses play an entire season with no problems.

6.5 games back in the division. 4.5 games back from a wildcard spot. 9-1 in last 10 games and those 9 wins have all been consecutive. It'll be amazing if we make it 10-0.

It's more an age issue than being in shape....day to day grind would be a struggle at 37. However, he may be able to suck it up for the rest of the season since he's played inconsistently to this point.
