Glad Berkman won a title. Came pretty close in some Houston years, but never did it.

truly the team of destiny...wow, what a season for the Cards. Congrats to all of the real Cards fans in this thread...your team was as resilient as any team in history I think (and won despite having such a terrible manager)

It's impossible to have a more rewarding experience than that Series. Impossible.

That's all I was thinking about watching that. I'm so jealous. I've never been able to feel that feeling for my team.

Might have had a chance if they had sucked for Luck this season. But no, we couldn't do that.
