Man, replacing salad dressing with salsa is the smartest thing I've done in a while.

Stuck at 244. I was actually down to 242.5 last week for one day. But I have had a few splurge days over the last couple of weeks for various reasons. The good news is I haven't gained weight during that time.

I'm going to be able to stick closer to my diet now for the next few weeks so hope to be in the 230's very soon.

Beautiful week ahead. Major training for my 5k starts today!

Who needs a gym? Body weight workout.

Yo Clay, wtf. I went to reorder some SuperStimulant and it's now $60 a bottle.

WTF.

Anyone know of any other energy supplement that has Caffeine and Yohimbe in it?

So last month I talked about going on a juice fast for two weeks. I'm 5'9 and when I started the fast I was 207lbs and dropped my weight to 195 at the end of the two week juice fast. There was some debate as to whether or not I could keep the weight off once I broke the fast. Well I'm happy to say I've managed to keep the weight off through the right diet and using one cheat day to splurge. In fact, as of today I've got my weight down to 193. I'm doing p90x for excercise as well and am in my 3rd week.

What is your diet now?

Lots of chicken and salads. Mostly I watch my portions.

Nice. Cut out gluten. That shit is no good.

I ran more last night than I did the night before. I love that I signed up for a 5k. It gives me a deadline, which helps keep me accountable. I'm not for sure yet if I like running. I'm sure I will once I'm able to do some more of it. I dropped a pound in the last day, but I know how my body fluctuates (especially right before "that time").

I'm considering registering for my first ever 5k. It goes down April 7th.

My first ever is July 8. So far, I'm a team of 1. Let me know if you're interested in the MLB All Star Game Charity 5k & Fun Run.

I just feel weird when I'm out jogging v. walking. Everyone else who is jogging is really thin, while I can feel my fat bounce with each step. One of these days, though.

Unfortunately you and I live about 6 hours apart.

Ah, just notice you're in Texas. I'm going to make the 2.5 hour trek to KC and make a weekend out of it.

Are you doing C25K?

From Saturday to this morning I had gained 5 lbs. I've been pigging out on keto to try and give my metabolism a kick start. I had been eating way too few calories every day. I was still losing plenty of weight, but I don't want to be 1300 below my BMR every day. Eating at my BMR i put on 5 lbs, so I know that my metabolism slowed.

Gonna fix that. Hopefully I'll be back down by Sunday. Just a small road bump though.
