Sometimes, it's just that very wealthy people did very stupid things and didn't learn from them. It's about to happen again.

Haley was from the parcells tree. Who else was pioli going to hire from the tree? And we already know this is the only requirement piol cares about.

I am not defending hunt on how he's handling this. Only staying neutral. I think he made a hire lots of people would have made, and the guy turned out to be a lemon. That same process could also help land a top notch gm or head coach this time around. I'm not going to blame hunt for ball washing pioli until there is clear evidence that he's sticking around in any meaningful capacity.
