I dunno, the fact that it's been confirmed by 2 or 3 sources that it's our second this year and a comp 3 next year speaks differently.

There is no ****ing way this FO is that stupid and myopic to make this trade. If they do, they absolutely have to be held accountable to winning now. No learning, transition year etc.

Alex Smith - 9 300 yard games in 80 starts. 4 in the last two seasons.

It sucks to hear but if they weren't sold on Geno at 1, Alex Smith was the next best option. I would obviously love for them to take Geno at 1, hell maybe they fool us all and still take him there. I don't think so, but who knows.


If we're stuck there and end up re signing Albert I really don't knwo what we do.

earliest 3 years, longest 5 years

but this regime should sink or swim with Alex Smith, just like the last one did. So when Alex Smith is terrible, I want Clark to fire all these clowns in 4 years and start this all over again.

Told yall these guys aren't sold on Geno at #1. As well they shouldn't be.

Alex Smith is def not the answer, although he is an improvement.....but so am I.

What pisses me off is what we gave up for him. That's a real nut squeezer there.
