We watched that the other day. Story was pretty good but I thought the voice over work was just wretched.

Well......just look at the actors doing the voice overs. And I'm assuming that half of them were over the top on purpose.

Agreed, thats the only "chick flic" i totally love, outstanding movie with both actors killing their roles.

Yep. I'm a big Merril Streep fan too. She kills in almost any movie she's in.

one of the final scenes in Bridges of Madison County completely kills me; I tear up when seeing it. Don't want to give it away to anyone who hasn't seen it, the scene in the rain. Good god.

I might go see Warm Bodies this weekend. Getting good reviews, looks hilarious.

I saw this last night. I highly recommend it.

We just saw Warm Bodies as well. Really a pretty good movie with a unique concept. Definitely worth seeing.

Was thinking of another with Bob Hoskins and ended up recalling it was "Mona Lisa".

Saw Broken City last night and really liked it. It was very much a Departed-type flick. IMO it wasn't as good as Departed, but definitely worth your time if you like that kind of flick. It seemed like it moved slow, but I think it was important to establish all the working pieces before throwing the plot twists in there.

Anyway, good movie.

Saw Stand Up Guys last night. I thought it was pretty good. Short, but a good story and good acting...

I'm looking forward to that one, its hard to go wrong with that cast as a bunch of aging goodfellas teaming up for one last adventure, atleast thats what i've gleaned from the only trailer i've seen.
