I just don't understand why the offensive player is just allowed to run over a guy and then the foul gets called on the guy just standing there. It just doesn't make any sense. Regardless of whether they have position or not, I think it's a bad rule. You shouldn't be able to run over someone, initiate the contact and get rewarded.

Not sure what the deal is with Tharpe. Some games he's a darned good player. Other games he just sorta zones out or something. Very up/down..............and today is a down.
