It's both a perk AND a death streak. The base level of the perk is the same as COD4, plus you can now crawl. The pro level of the perk adds the ability to use your entire loadout while in last stand - rifles, frags, etc. They took the most annoying perk in the game, made it considerably worse, AND also added it as a death streak. They should have either removed it entirely, or made it only a death streak. It's like they've never played their own game with the public... |
