Eh, lager vs. ale is like NFC vs. AFC. There are clear differences in the two, but that's not to say you won't find a Patriots in one and a Packers in the other. Likewise, you can find a Cardinals in one and a Raiders in the other, too. :p

Yep. They've been growing pretty rapidly the past few years. I couldn't even get it in Colorado until about 2 years ago.
