you need to think about simplicity of colors on this, and its best if they were created in Pantones for ease of printing.... I do like #5. Films with the tail might look nice.

Films with the tail is annoying me the more I look at it... it's too cutsie... like dotting an "i" with a heart. I don't know. As for ease of printing, no problem... my day job is in a commercial print house. That's already taken care of!

It's also the only meal I had today. I went out and walked with a friend as well. So bite me. People dieting can have sweets now and then too. Not that it will change your thoughts, but just thought I'd let you know I decided against the ice cream, and that I drank 6 glasses of water today, tyvm. 4321

LMAO, you tell him. Yeah.... I starved myself from sweets and starches for 2 weeks....lost some weight but when I splurged...I SPLURGED!! So, I take back what I said about the South Beach diet..you will lose weight but after a week you start feeling like a sick puppy(or atleast I did) and now I'm officially off it. Just be aware of what you're puttin in your body and go at your own pace and don't forget to eat. food's good!! hahahah Good luck girl!!!!!!!!!

I really like 3, 4 and 5 best. 3 is IMO the best of those because of the contrast of the monkey face vs the total shadow monkeys. JMHO

I voted for no 2.

I'd move the web addy to the bottom left though. And add some depth or shading to the image.....

I think it has the best look but it's very "blah."

Thanks. He knows I'm trying, and has to go and discourage me based on one meal for one day. I'm not starving myself. Just a busy day. I've also never been a believer in fad diets for the reason that they deprive you of something. Just about everything is bad for you in excess (with the exception of water). But the opposite can be true to. Cutting something completely out that your body needs at least a little of each day. I am trying to cut back on sweets by eating more fruit. Satisfies the same sweet tooth, but it's better for you. I can't completely cut out soda. Nuh-uh. No way. :harumph: But I have cut back on it. Anyway, can't have my pimp be mad at me for hijacking his thread. I still vote for #2! :)

I'd also add that no 4 is my second choice but I have no idea how that moon segment adds to your image.

I understand that when you hear "Blue Monkey" you think of a blue moon but that's not the name. Take out the waxing/waning moon and i'd vote for it....

I am guessing you know this, but just in case one meal a day causes your body to slow its own metabolism down because of historical genetic programming. So you will absorb and store more of those calories. Eathing 5 to 6 very small portions spread out over the entire day that amount to the same amount of calories will be much more effective losing weight. Small amounts of deserts weekly that keep you calorie count for the day similar will not hurt your weight loss efforts unless you are diabetic. 6 glasses of water is good 8 is much better and recommended they should be well placed across the day. The walks are indeed a very effective aid in your weight loss.

Best of luck, don't punish yourself and use moderation. Truth is small portionns several times a day along with exercise is far better for you. One killer is sodas, concentrated sugars (likely used instead of water is weight gain just waiting to pounce right into fat cells because the virtually contain no nutritional value at all.

Best of luck as I said before, you can do it. For a number of factors I have went from 280 back in1994 to 180 last Thursday at the doctors office. Part of it has been health problems (not recommended) but changes in eating habits account for the rest. I still eat what I want just reasonable amounts with lots of Iced Tea with Nutrasweet and Diet 7up when I am not drinking water.
