BTW, the ONLY good part about the actual moving is when it's over.

We are presently having fits trying to find a place (we are looking to buy our first house). Oddly, a year ago there were houses for sale on every street in town. Now, you can get numerous 1200 square feet houses or $150,000 and up houses, nothing inbetween though.

Add in we put a fair offer on an overpriced house last week only to have the realtor give the owner a second offer before they said yes or no to ours, then gave us 20 min to accept a large counter offer. The looking really sux right now. We may actually wait a year and build the way things are looking.
