Not that the fishy smell is all that great, but that talc smell that's used to cover smells down there evinces a visceral response in me. Something about the person being aware that there's a scent, and choosing to cover it rather than eliminate it.

Kind of like how the smell of Lysol is just as bad as the smell of vomit.

I'd hate to contend with the fishy smell though, because that would stick for a while. Those playtex wipes are actually like douche on a towel, so they actually eliminate the smell rather than mask it.
