I have a huge porblem with any dog that is allowed to run around not on a leash. At least in the city. I was driving to work the other day and saw no less than 3 dogs within a few blocks that were roaming free. Hell, one day when I was walking my dog, there was this huge dog (bull mastiff maybe?) that came out to the sidewalk and was all over my dog. He didn't attack her, but I could tell she was scared for her life. I just got away as quickly as possible. I saw that same dog just the other day running around on the same sidewalk. But I have been bitten by smaller dogs.
