That is until someone comes on the TV with 15 radars of the same ****ing thing and repeat themselves more than the Fox News Channel telling you torndaoes in Ks\Mo\Ok are very probable when it is Spring\Summer and it is cloudy and stormy looking in the sky.

Astounding even!

What's amazing to me is that this issue irks you enough that you're willing to spend what has to be hours on here ranting about it.

But yeah, I'm content with the little radar in the corner unless there's an actual tornado warning.

I'm not up on what counties Saint Joe and Harrisonville are in but you can program codes into most weather radios so they only activate for a certain county. That way you don't haveta listen to all the other info going out over them.

I can hook you up with your counties SAME number if you need.

Unfortunately the Fox 4Warn $19.99 weather radio doesn't have that option. I do get alerted, but for the lower price the only features it comes with are plugged in or not plugged in.

Now that I know that option exists, I will look into getting a new one with that capability. Thanks.

...the national weather service has issued a severe thunderstorm warning for... pahrump.. nevada. this storm contains dangerous rain and winds in excess of 30 miles per hour. it will arrive in kansas city at 11:07 pm... next tuesday. the safest place during a thunderstorm is in your bed sleeping. if you are sleeping now unplug the stupid radio.
